* Select water day activities
* Generate sign up sheets for families to bring needed supplies
* Generate sign up sheets for parents to volunteer the day os the event
* Follow up with parents to make sure all supplies are available before event
* Communicate with Kym about any equipment needs
* Publicize event two months prior to event
- Send out info in parent folders
- Post on bulletin board
* Create and send reminders to Grace Garden families
* Create signage for stations
* Recruit volunteers to help set-up and take-down water day stations
