Daddy Daughter Dance Team Leader(s)

* Coordinate volunteers

* Choose type and amount of food to be served

* Secure a volunteer to DJ the event

* Select music and activities for guests to enjoy
   - Hula hoop contest for dads and daughters
   - Balloon drop
   - Limbo contest
   - Hokey Pokey

* Communicate with Kym about any equipment needs (tables, chairs, table    cloths, pitchers, ice, etc.)

* Obtain photographer for event

* Publicize feast two months prior to event
   - Send out info in parent folders
   - Post on bulletin board

* Create tickets for event

* Send invitations to present Grace Garden families with daughters enrolled

* Follow up with volunteers to make sure everything is done

* Create name tags and signage for event (directing couples where to go,    etc.)

* Greet and direct couples to food and photo area

* Collect tickets

 

Daddy Daughter Dance Set-up Team

* Create backdrop for photos

* Decorate Great Hall
   - Tablecloths and center pieces
   - Balloons

* Help Coordinator set-up desired activities

* Set-up food/snack tables

 

Daddy Daughter Dance Clean-up Team

* Wash, fold, and return tablecloths (if church table cloths are used)

* Wash and return items borrowed from church's kitchen

* Take down all decorations

* Put all trash in trash receptacles
